Master Trainer Meeting Berlin 13.-14. Sept. 2025

This meeting is for our 300+ Master Trainers from around the world.
This event is your opportunity to connect, collaborate, address current challenges and shape the future of our We-Evolve.World community with now 8 associations and 13,000+ members from 107 countries worldwide.

Here are already the first topics of our Open Space meeting.
Please send us your topics. We love to list them here.

Stephan Landsiedel, our IN ICI WHO President from Germany, would like to discuss with you the fire you still feel inside for bringing the benefits of NLP into the world.
He also just published an 174-pages NLP Magazine with articles from 8 of our Master Trainers and the success story of our associations. Here is the German version. The English version will follow soon.

Prof UŚ DR HAB ALICJA GAŁĄZKA
would like to discuss with you how to organize our next World Congress in Poland at the end of September 2026. What would you like to present there?

Members from the team who created our "Tools for Educators" would like to discuss with you the next edition and marketing.

Karl Nielsen would like to discuss with you how Master Trainers from our associations can offer trainings that are connected to Artificial Intelligence. Please see his brand new curriculum "The HAPPINESS DRAGON" at our new association: "Artificial Intelligence Training Institutes, (AITI)".
And here are already 4 more curricula from our colleagues: Soheila from Sweden (here her blog about Artificial Intelligence), René from Germany, and Arline from Brazil.
What do you think about this opportunity to offer at your institute your AI-centered training? Collaboration is highly recommended. Learning from and with each other, cooperation and win-win are the founding ideas of our associations.

Additional topics from us are:
- A presentation of our new SOC survey tool, supporting trainers in gathering structured feedback
- Updates and practical tips for editing and managing your courses on our platform
- A community dialogue: What are your current challenges? What support do you need from the Association?

And what would you like to discuss live in person with your colleagues at our meeting in Berlin?

Please send us a 2-minute video with your topic that we can include here. A topic that addresses current challenges, or where you would like to cooperate, or any projects you are burning for...

How the Open Space format from Harrison Owen works
It works for groups of 5 to 2000 participants. In Berlin, when we meet in person, everyone who has a discussion topic will explain this in about 2 minutes to all who are present. Then, he will receive a time and place where all those who want to discuss this can meet with him later. In this way, all topics for discussion are presented and receive a discussion time and place. For e.g. 30 topics we would have 3 times (e.g. 12 am, 2 pm, 4 pm) with 10 topics discussed in parallel at 10 different places at the same time. The rules are that only the one who offered the topic needs to stay at the place. Everyone else can move whenever he likes wherever he wants. The one who offers the topic is responsible for creating a summary.
Here is a website with more details about the typical Open Space procedure.

You can listen here to a short summary of the founding book from Harrison Owen. He invented the Open Space meeting format in 1985. We learned this format from him personally when he was in Berlin many years ago.

The atmosphere will be collaborative, inspiring, and open.
There will be time for networking, creativity, deep conversations – and good food, too.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Berlin.
