Everybody knows the most important success factors for a healthy and happy life. You need enough time-out from stress, enough time in nature, good healthy food, enough good deep sleep, peace inside yourself, no addictions, enough exercises for your body...

Everybody knows what he can do for a healthy, happy and successful life. Usually at New Year's Eve everybody picks out something from this list. But it is like in a concert - it needs all instruments playing well together for the right sound. You need the whole list for a healthy, happy, and successful life. It is just like in a concert - it does not feel good if one of the instruments is not played in harmony with all the others.

Everybody knows deep inside what he or she needs to do. If you hang-out with the wrong friends, then you need to change this and spend more time with friends that do you good and inspire you. If you experience too much stress, then you need more time-out from stress and reorganize your life. If you follow bad habits, then you need to train habits that are good for you and stick to them.
